1. To make the
initial contact with Rabbi Ori Einhorn/ Rosh Yeshiva please send an

with your name, address & phone to:

2. Download
an Application Form (Form A), print it up and
send it completed with:
• 2 Passport
Photos
•
Application Fee of $67.00 (non-refundable).

3. Contact TWO references (an educator, a Rabbi,
a youth/community leader, a teacher, or an employer)
and send them each a
Recommendation
Form (Form B), which they should then
send to our Yeshiva office.
4. Call Rabbi Oriel Einhorn at 1-718-360-8556 to
arrange an interview..
Then, once your application
has been processed:
